Oscar Design and Construction was established in 1994, founded by Greg Elhen to provide a superior\construction package solution capability to his clients. The Company has been engaging in all types of residential and commercial works from designing DA/CC to practical completion of building works.

Greg having worked for three of Sydney’s leading construction groups, and been responsible for design and construction of a number of residential and commercial CBD landmarks, he realised that there was a need in the marketplace for a construction company that could provide a greatly enhanced level of Design, Planning, Management and as well as a providing a higher standard of finish, quality, craftsmanship and project delivery. 

Over the past decade there has been a greater emphasis on value for money, creative design and efficient construction methods, Sustainability, coupled with a requirement to meet better standards in project delivery. 

Oscar Design and Construction identified that there client’s requirements is not only limited their scope, it’s a step beyond that, it’s to research and to deliver the latest solutions and to respond with innovative methods of project delivery every time. 

A better-planned project has given Oscar Design and Construction client’s satisfaction on how the project was run and delivered. The result was that significant cost savings and project milestone targets have been achieved.

Greg has an Honours Degree in Building Construction Management from the University of New South Wales, a Diploma in Architecture, Builder’s License, a member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a member of Australian institute of Builders.
